Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026. This policy explains how Rech Technologia handles information when you play Roach Maze on the web or in a published mobile app.

Who operates Roach Maze

Roach Maze is published by Rech Technologia, based in Brazil. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@roachgames.org.

Information used by the game

The game does not require an account. Your current score and gameplay state are kept in memory while you play. The high score is stored locally in your browser using local storage under the key roach-maze.high-score. It is not sent to the game publisher by the game code.

You can remove this high score by clearing the site's stored data in your browser. If local storage is unavailable, the game keeps the high score only for the current session.

Sound effects are generated on your device. The game does not request access to your microphone, contacts, camera, or precise location.

Hosting and technical information

The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. This is handled under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Rech Technologia does not use this information to build game profiles.

Advertising and analytics

The current game build does not include an advertising SDK, send ad requests, or include an analytics SDK. The space reserved in the layout is not an advertisement and does not generate ad revenue.

Rech Technologia may add Google AdSense to the website and Google AdMob to mobile apps in a future release. If enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as cookies or mobile advertising identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, approximate region, and ad impressions or interactions to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. The exact data and choices depend on the services and settings enabled in that release.

Before advertising is activated, this policy and the product's consent controls will be updated to match the actual integration and applicable requirements. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookies and similar storage

The game itself uses browser local storage for the high score and does not use it for cross-site tracking. The current game code does not set advertising cookies. Hosting or advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their own stated purposes when their services are active.

Children and audience

Roach Maze is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically to collect information from children. The game has no account or direct messaging features. Rech Technologia does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information can contact us to request assistance.

Retention, rights, and choices

The high score remains in local storage until you clear the site's data. Session gameplay data is discarded when the session ends. Hosting-provider logs are subject to the provider's retention practices.

People in Brazil may contact us to exercise applicable rights under the LGPD, including requesting confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion where applicable, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent. We will respond subject to identity verification and legal requirements. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD.

Changes and contact

We will revise this policy when the game adds services that materially change data handling. The effective date above identifies the current version. Send privacy questions or requests to contact@roachgames.org.
