Using the game
You may play Roach Maze for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to disrupt the service, interfere with other users, use automated tools to abuse the site, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
The game is designed for a general audience. If you are under the age required to accept these terms where you live, use the game with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian.
Game content and intellectual property
Roach Maze and its original code, characters, artwork, names, and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rech Technologia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and play the game. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Scores and availability
Your high score is stored locally in the browser. It is not an online account, is not synchronized between devices, and may be lost if browser data is cleared or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of scores, or compatibility with every device.
Advertising and third-party services
The current release does not load advertisements or analytics. Rech Technologia may introduce advertising in a future release, including Google AdSense on the website or Google AdMob in a mobile app. Any future advertising will be subject to the then-current Privacy Policy and applicable consent and platform requirements.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Rech Technologia disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes and governing law
We may update the game or these terms. The effective date above identifies the current terms; continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
